I always post blogs about really controversial topics that tend to piss ignorant, judgmental people off. I have a headache and this tends to get boring and annoying, so I decided to try something new.
The is going to be really brief but, does anyone else see the pointlessness of certain technological advancements? Mostly in the cosmetic field, but Japan has had it's own share of crazy inventions (most of them involving some ridiculous gadget that attaches to your USB port.) I want to remark on one of these specifically.
Case-in-point: Laser Hair Removal.
Are you kidding me? People actually pay hundreds of dollars to have lasers destroy their hair follicles? If you're that insecure, or that hairy, at least do something cool with it that makes a statement.
They should advertise that procedure like tattoos. Like, how cool would it be to to remove the negative space around your chest hair, so it grew so that it looked like the superman symbol?
Who WOULDN'T want to sport that at the beach?
Or an M.C.Escher design on your back?
It would be AWESOME! Get bored of it? Just shave it off.
It'll come back in two to three weeks =]
Maybe someone could give me cool ideas for other laser hair tattoos?
Or maybe other modern inventions that would be fun to abuse? =]
Let's have some fun lively discussion for once that doesn't make anyone mad.
Unless you...hate..hair. Or...life.

*snickers* Haha, very funny.
People would totally go for personal symbols-maybe even get their beloved mom's/friend's/spouse's name! Wouldn't that be exciting?
Among those who love stories, the possibilities are endless. Get Harry Potter's scar, or get a name of a beloved character.
All in good fun, of course.
I like the Superman idea, though. That would be amazing to see. :)
"I think, therefore I am." -Rene Descartes
It would be like a chia pet for your chest =].
The harry potter scar would be really cool if you had a unibrow =]
And if you don't there is always rogaine.

Very funny! Ha...MC Esher and Superman symbol in chest hair. That's just priceless.
And don't be discouraged. If you're blogging about controversial stuff, that's a good thing that you're getting feedback, no matter what it is. Keep plugging on and don't give up!
Yeah, your right. I just needed a break from it.
I enjoy debating issues with people, but there are always those people who just make my blood boil because their opinions are so baseless and unfounded and ignorant.
Ah well...I'll let you know if I ever get bored enough for that laser surgery though =]
I would need chest hair first though =[
