The Members Services team is designed to cater to the needs of the users. Members are expected to answer questions about the site and scholarship posted in the forums, as well as provide feedback and encouragement to members of the site. Members may also be asked to greet new members (usually upon the publishing of their first blog), and to give helpful hints to promote reads.
Some members of this team also monitor the helpdesk for questions relating to deletion of accounts, change of passwords, etc.

In monitoring the forums, members may have to move a topic to the correct forum. To do this, simply go to the edit tab at the top of the page. Then, select the appropriate forum from the drop down menu. Hit select at the bottom of the page.
Additionally, the Members Services Team handles and oversees much of the Progressive U Incentives Program, and as such is primarily responsible with keeping members active, motivated, and happy. This is done by developing and judging bonus point opportunities during the contest and developing other features and incentives for both Progressive U members and volunteers. Members are also to help with figuring out ways to make the site better and more user-friendly for users. As such, members of this team work closely with members of other teams.
