  • What is your (intended) major/career? Web Programming and Design
  • What issues are you most interested in (women's rights, education, racism, advancement of science, the environment, etc)? Education, the Constitution (keeping the laws Constitutional and following the Constitution), personal rights and freedoms, the environment, technology and health are all fascinating, though the list could go on and on.
  • What advice do you have for other bloggers? Don't take things personally, whether people offer advice or a counterargument, there's no need to stoop so low as to use ad hominem attacks. For beginners, heed the advice given by more experienced bloggers, you'll avoid a lot of mistakes and headaches.
  • Are you in school, and if so, what year are you? College Senior
  • If you had to describe yourself (or your blog) in one word what would it be? Strong-willed :)
  • What's your favorite news source?CNet's news.com is where I get a lot of tech news. For the politics and whatnot, I actually look to ProU because not only do I get the news article the bloggers found, but also their opinion on the matter. I value people's opinions on various matters because it shows how people react to different kinds of news, as well as how the news is presented.
  • What is one thing you've learned from Progressive U that has benefited in your life outside of this site? I've learned a lot from the people at ProU, especially about things like politics and some of the controversial sciences (such as evolution).
  • What motivates you to keep blogging? I love writing. I've had a personal blog for four and a half years (and counting), and before that, I kept a hand-written journal (though the feedback provides more of an incentive to write).
