It's fun.
It's relaxing.
You tried to rope me in.
I can't do it.
I can't give in.
I can see what you've done to your life.
You make me sad.
You can't pay attention as well as you used to.
You haven't been doing so well in school.
Your relationship with your parents has all but disappeared.
You have trouble sleeping at night.
You're slowly losing everything that you had.
I can't do anything to change your mind.
I tried to help you.
I told your parents.
Now you hate me.
Maybe someday you'll understand that it was for the best. You cut off all contact and tried to make it appear like I was to blame. Like I was the one who roped you into this mess. You can live with this false reality. I just hope that you're staying away from the drug.

Maybe you might thank me. It's your life, you can do what you want. You can skip the rehab classes, and you can go back to your lifestyle. Why would you want to?
There was a man who lived down the street from my church, and he came to visit once. He was a heavy drug user, but he's clean now. He's still living with his parents. He can't talk properly. When he talks his eyes roll around in his head. He can't control it. He told us to not make the same mistakes that he did. He told us to be smart.
