My Summary:
Mike Huckabee is trying to run for the 2008 presidential elections. He stepped up his game by losing 100pounds to improve his image. He also had a great Christian conservative wish list speech. Trying to win over a 100 or so GOP votes isn't quiet easy. He's against same-sex marriage and also supports the troops in Iraq. Personally I think if two people are in love no matter their sex they should be able to get married. It's their life and choice to do so, not others. I as well support our troops, but I don't support the fact that Bush still has them in Iraq. Huckabee is for gun rights, which is a plus. He seems like the perfect candidate, but is it too good to be true? Only more time and interviews will tell.

I'm from Arkansas where Huckabee was governor. I think I would move straight to Canada if he became President. He likes to control the people way too much. Schools no longer have whole milk or any other beverages over 100 cal. But he didn't give more money to help schools provide healthier options.

Thank you for you comment/information. That's the kind of information people need to hear about inorder to make good judgement in voting. That's kind of silly to just take away whole milk because of calorie content. My school has a "wellness policy" where we aren't allowed to use the vending machines during school hours & we can't eat or drink in classes either (unless it's water). I don't think programs such as mine as well are going to stop/help people from being obese/over weight. Because people do whatever they want once they get home so it's really just pointless for our "policy".
