The answer to wheter or not we should remain in Iraq should be answered by a poll. In that poll, we ask as many Iraqi people as we possibly can this question: "Do you want U.S. troops to remain in Iraq?" If more than 50 percent vote "no," we will pull our troops out as fast as humanly possible. If more tha 50 percent vote "yes," we will keep our troops there. This poll will be conducted periodically every month or two. If the soldiers pull out, no one should complain about withdrawal, since the Iraqi people do not want us there to be there. If people complain about our presence in Iraq, they would be reminded that the Iraqi people want us to be there. This is my sound proposal.
