It is human nature to want acceptance and to strive for it. We want acceptance from our friends, our family, the people next door. Sometimes acceptance should be ignored and we should only want it from our selves. We should be able to say that we are proud of something and accept the fact that we choose what to believe so why does everyone make a fuse over religion. People write blog after blog about religion and some people are offened by what other people write. Some feel the need to write a blog to justify religion and what they think. What people do not relize is that religion is not hurting anyone.
In history one may note that wars were fought over religion but if you looked at the present day it is not so much a big deal anymore. What is religion? Who has the right idea about God? It does not matter because in the end we ourselves have to accept some form of religion whether it be Chatholic or Jewish. The more people fight over religion, the more they are trying to understand it themselves.
Religion is not something that can be inflicted in someone. We are not born with a label that says what religion we are meant to be. A person has to find in themselves what they think religion really is, what their definition is.
Is it necessary to pick on people because of their beliefs or to judge them. Is it anybody's business but their own on how they see religion. No because at the end of the day we see differenet religions bonding. We see people falling in love and willing to convert to be witth that person for the rest of their lives. We see more and more churches being built and more varties of religion than before but it does not make it wrong. Religion is something that does not change wether global warming arrives a little faster, if the president is reelected, or if we choose to never eat meat again. It is just another belief that defines who we are. It does not mean that although you are a certain religion you need to go an attack others and preach how wrong they are.
There is no harm in religion intill someone goes and makes it a problem. Think back to the Holocaust and how the Jewish population was being punished. What was wrong witht he Jewish population before? Nothing, the religion was not getting in the way and their beliefs were different but they are their beliefs not anyone elses. So when it was decided to punish the Jewish culture, war came about and a tragedy occured.
If we just left their beliefs along than no problems occur. If we cannot find something to attack someone for doing something bad or unmarol we find religion to become the target. The excuse may be that their religion supports more violence more than yours or that they have a reason behind killing themselves. What is the reason behind religion and fighting who is right and wrong. Well only a few thoughts come to my mind:
We want to convert the whole world to one religion
We are afraid of something differenet, new ideas that my challenge us
We do not know the answer therefore we fight to find one
It does not matter which religion is closer to nonfiction because we may never posses the answer to what is the truth and is not. Fighting and debating, filling the need to stand up for a religion is not an answer. We are always going do have our own ideas about God or God not existing but having to fight to define our reason is wrong. They are beliefs that no one can chage. Religion is a sensitive and a large part of the world today but we will never be able to force the world to believe in one way and to understand it because we all believe differently and have different thoughts so stop fighing about religion. Fighting about it only leads to more harm than letting people live with whatever they want.

Umm. Israeli-Palestinian conflict. 9/11. Bombing abortion clinics. Rioting in Tibet.
"What is religion? Who has the right idea about God? It does not matter because in the end we ourselves have to accept some form of religion whether it be Chatholic or Jewish."
What? What about all the other religions out there? What about Buddhism, Hinduism, Islam, Taoism, Deism, Pantiesm, Wicca, other Christian sects? And what about atheism or agnosticism? I don't accept any religion.
" Is it anybody's business but their own on how they see religion."
Nope, but because we all have the right to believe what he want...
I do agree on the whole with what you said, but just a few little issues.
Also, I'd advise double spacing between paragraphs. It makes things a little easier to read.
