I was on YouTube listening to Cabaret clips and I happened to come across the "money" song. This is an all time favorite of mine, but it got me thinking- Does money really make the world go round?- if so, in what ways?
lets analyze this,
Does money really make one happy???
Money cannot buy happiness, at least not for me.
Money cannot ensure my graduation of High school.
Money cannot get me to bond with another human being.
I cannot make people love me because of money.
If had a deadly disease, money could not help me get better. This is an ongoing list, but I believe that money does help in a way alliviate problems but only for a short amount of time.
can money make the world go round??? i doubt it, but i still love that performance.

absolutely not. I think more so the lack of money would be better for out society.
Everyone will be equal in heavan.
i read some facts recently....from memory, America is 6% of the world but we consume 80% of the goods.
Just because I like to be difficult sometimes...

Well it can lead to comfort and a ful belly and a lot of mission work...those lead to happiness

If you had enough I think it could.

Actually you can bond with a person over dinner and a movie...both cost...money. so it could in essence get you to bond with someone.

For the longest time traditions invovled in love invovled courting with money was needed to afford or to pay off the father. So it could help in the love category.

It could fund research and the medication those things can cure the disease.
Anyway money probably can not make the worl turn around but it can buy the fuel that runs the machine that spins it;)

most dont have a sense of community, they are too self absorbed and absorbed in their riches.

No, money can't buy happiness. Seriously. Too many people in the world make wealth their number one goal, and I don't think one of those people has ever turned out happy. (And they never will.)
Money makes the world go round I don't know if it brings happieness. But it is often times a motivator for people - you need it to surive in this world.
In our time you do, but its not needed for the world to go on.
If we went back to the stone age and the ancient egyptian days etc. they didnt have "money"
they traded. so you dont physicall need money
To me, money DOES make the world go round because money can help me afford my college tuition and books, so I would be able to take classes again; therefore, help me finish my college education. Also, it helps my mother to pay bills and for groceries because her and my father are divorced.
