As I mentioned in my last blog I go to chaple at my school. They had a series on Africa. In this blog I want to inform poeple about sex slaves in Africa. Little African girls as young as like four years old are being sold to men for pleasure. Imagine, loseing your virginity at four years old. How pathetic can a man be to continually rape a four year old. There are young women that have been someones sex slave almost all of their life. That is all they know and remember. On a video that we watched in chaple, there were several girls interviewed. They all said that they were scared. There is a foundation that is helping these poor girls get freedom. I want to say that we here in America are lucky people. We have the right to which religion we want and slavery is illeagle. I am glad that I am an American! I feel so bad for slaves. Africa has always had it bad! I am going to continue my blogs on Africa. Part Three is about AIDS. Many many Africans have this terrible disease. This is the worst diseasse in Africa.

It's horrible I know. I think that sometimes Americans take what they have for granted. Its ridiculous how good we have it sometimes without even realizing it.
We get mad, and talk about how broke we are because we have to eat ramen noodles, or potaotes made in the microwave; we complain about how we'd kill for an ice cold pepsi, and how much we hate the clean water we have to drink.
Sometime later in my life, when I'm on good track, and can afford it, I want to go to africa. I want to bring hope to the african children. It just hurts me sometimes to think about all their starvation and dehydration. Not to mention all of the diseases being contracted.
Hollywood is a place where they'll pay you a thousand dollars for a kiss and fifty cents for your soul.

That's really sad. I can't imagine that, 4 years old, poor kids. I find it ridiculous that 14 year olds all over America have already lost their virginity, but 4??? We have it so lucky here in America, yet it seems that everyone abuses it nearly every day. By the way, what school do you go to?

It would be nice if you gave more specific information instead of making vague claims. i.e., what country are you talking about? Why are they sold as sex slaves? How are they treated? What are people doing about it? What can WE do about it?
