it will, in fact, eventually kill them... us.

For the first time ever the senior table was abandoned a couple days ago, none of them present, as if the world had swallowed an entire grade in the high school.
Of course, being a junior i have no rights to claim anything, so when i saw a bunch of girls furiously walking towards the table (as if sitting somewhere will make them cooler) i didn't say anything even though it made me sort of angry. I was sitting at the table next to the senior table, where all their little brothers and sisters hang out. I don't mind being with people younger than me, after all, i was once a sophmore too.
All of a sudden, POOF! Mr. Divine appears -one of the most conceited seniors you'll ever meet.- and begins to talk to the girls in the way he usually does, thinking he has power over everyone and everything, i think it's so cute.
Anyway, they refuse to move, and he's still arguing with them when i walk by to ask what he's doing,
"i'm trying to get these people to vacate my table, why won't they move?!"

"because they don't know how divine you are, and you're just one person... *where is everyone anyway?*"

One, two, three, four.. not even five steps before i see one of the girls shove two hot-cheeto wrappers in and through the hole where the parasol should go (our school is poor and ghetto, but not as ghetto as the other high school in town) and both of the bags just fall to the ground. Now i don't mind them sitting at the stupid senior table, but i do mind them contaminating my school.
If i didn't have a reputation and morals to live up to i would've jumped across the table and strangled the crazy wannabe who's carelessly contributing to filling this earth up with trash.

too bad i was in a rush or i would've seriously given them a full length speech on what pigs they are, but all i did was pick up the bags from the ground and throw them away. Then i told them "it's ok if you guys want to sit here at the senior table, i don't mind, but please don't trash the school. C'mon you guys, we're an environmental school, you should know better! "

I know i'm such a loser for not saying anything better, but at least i tried. I hope i at least put the idea in their head to be a little more considerate about things. I seriously don't know what is wrong with people anymore, the trash can was about two yards away from the table.

I like what you said. I'm a firm believer in saying what you mean. You don't need a snappy comeback to put someone in their place. Just standing up for doing the right thing is way cooler.
