So, i was reading this article on the washington post by charlette allen, and i was very upset by this article. Sexism and migony still exist in our society, but if this was written by an african american about african american, do you think that they would had printed it? I did a little edit myself:
“I...wonder whether black people -- I should say, ‘we black people,’ of course -- aren't the weaker race after all.
Or even the stupid race, our brains permanently occluded by random emotions, psychosomatic flailings and distraction by the superficial. Black people "are only children of a larger growth," wrote the 18th-century Earl of Chesterfield. Could he have been right?”
((So the author talks about how women are biologically less intelligent than men. I decided to rewrite this, and said to myself, would anyone read this?
If an african american wrote about how he is biologically less intelligent than man and that slavery was a great era because the white man was keeping them employed, a lot of people would be upset about it.")
“I'm not the only black person who's dumbfounded (as it were) by our race, or rather, as we prefer to put it, by other members of our race besides us. It's a frequent topic of lunch, phone and water-cooler conversations; even some civil-rights activists can't believe that there's this thing called "The Oprah Winfrey Show" or that 50 Cent actually sells CDs.
A black friend of mine plans to write a horror novel titled "Office of Blacks," in which nothing ever gets done and everyone spends the day talking about fried chicken.”
(So, than the author goes into how women shouldn't be doing anything because they can't get anything done.
If a black author wrote about how black people should go back to the slave era because black people can't govern anything and they are the reason why so many of them are in jail, what would you think?
The author said that she didn't understand why an oprah winfrey show exist. So, it exist because oprah winfrey is a good talk show host.)
I am perfectly willing to admit that I myself am a classic case of black mental deficiencies. I can't add 2 and 2 (well, I can, but then what?).
I don't even know how many pairs of chicken I had eaten.
(the author than go into how her opinion shouldnt' be counted at all because she is a woman. If she felt that her opinion shouldn't matter, what is she doing making money by writing.
That is the whole business of feminisn, so that average woman like her can write an article and get paid for it.
She said that she dislike all of that and than make millions of dollar out of it.
If an african american make a million dollars talking and writing about the virtue of slavery and how slavery was a great era in america and how all african american should just stop running for president and go back to get a job as butler or maid for a white person because they are just so much happier, you would think that person is crazy.)
So I don't understand why more blacks don't relax, enjoy the innate abilities most of us possess (as well as the ones fewer of us possess) and revel in the things most important to life at which nearly all of us excel: tenderness toward serving white people, white people kindness in providing a job for us as maid and servants, and the ability to make a white person's house a home.
Then we could shriek and swoon and gossip and read chick lit to our hearts' content and not mind the fact that way down deep, we are . . . kind of dim to white people.
If a black male wrote an article like this, would you read it? will, this women name charlette allen wrote it about women.
Basically, the author wrote about how she think that women are stupid, go into a hillary bashing as proof that women are stupid, said that even though women are stupid, that she admire women of the past who are smart, and went on to said that even if there are smart women of the past, they should not deny their proper role in life, and that is be a housewife, which should be a top priority.

I hope it's satire...
