i totally agree with the interviewer, if aboriton becomes illegal, what would the punishment be for the woman?
after all, in the '20's, alcohol was illegal because of moral reason, and that was crime increase, because everyone was going underground, breaking the rules, thanks goodness, it was repeal.
so, if one makes abortion illegal, and a woman breaks those rules, should she be sentence to life imprisonment without any possibilty of parole? given the electric chair? death by lethal injection?
when some kill somebody here in american, they go to prison, or death by lethal injection. shouldn't that be apply to the crime of abortion?
and if, the woman do get an illegal abortion, shall she not get punish, than wouldn't that encourage the woman to use abortion as a birth control because she will think that hey, if i can get an illegal abortion, and not suffers any consequences, than why not.
what is the point of making something illegal if the person who commited the crime isn't going to jail? drugs are illegal, and if anyone have it, they shall go to jail, but people still are doing drugs.
if a man kill a woman he goes to jail, but this image the man kill the woman, and than not go to jail, and the court said that yeah, you kill a woman, and it is illegal, but we are not going to sentence you to jail, infect, you are a free man, thant he man continues to kill other woman over and over again, but the courts said, yes, it is illegal for you to commit murder against these woman, over and over again, but you are not going to jail.
so come on, what would the crime be if a woman gets an illegal abortion. death by lethal injection? life imprisonment without parole?
what about a miscarriage, would the woman be convicted of manslaughter? secound degree murder?
what about those eggs that don't get fertilize by a sperm because she uses birth control? shall she be sentence to life imprisonment because a life wasn't able to be created?

It is an interesting topic not many people think about. A couple weeks ago Newsweek had a really good article on it. I was kind of discussing this with my mom and she suggested that the doctor go to jail (my mom has very liberal views except for abortion)but I asked why aren't people who sell guns put in jail? Anyways I think before we make anything illegal we need to establish a punishment for it.
I myself really don't have a view on abortion in all honesty I've always been very split on the issue.

wrong to Kill for dose not the Lord teach thou shell not kill. Do you believe in God and do you not know that the Lord will not put a spirit into a child until before it is to be born . Because the Lord know who will have the child removed and for this cause .it protect the child. The parents of those that remove a child from the whom for no reason will be held accountable before God .for it is Evil to do such thing Amen Ps yes women will stand to be Judge by God for taking a innocent Life.
