...and he is: GUILTY! The verdict was announced at 10:18 P.M. EST on March 3, 2006. He has been charged with three counts of murder in the deaths of Kim, Brad, and Jill Camm. A sentence has not been reached but it is suspected to be either 195 years in prison or life in prison without the possibility of parole. I myself am happy with the jury's conclusion. I think he'll file an appeal because that's what most people try to do. I don't know why though. He was found guilty in his first trial and sentenced to 195 years and now he has been found guilty again. It would be ludicrous to do so. This is just one of the best examples of the existence of justice in this country. After about 45 hours of deliberations, the logical verdict was found. i think that david camm is innocence of the murders of his wife and two kids. i think he was set up by someone. i hope they find the real killer or killers of his wife and kids.
I think the correct word is "innocent", not innocence. I think someone needs to pray to God for some wisdom and some intelligence, haha.
I just got done reading a book about this murder and went to search what happened in the second murder. I do not believe that after reading the book that he did it. I know from past experience that if your family is a religious based family...i.e.Hold morals and standards of God. They will not lie. They will not do it even to protect their kin. I do not see how he could have done it. There was no time. The first trial was a rip-off. It was all about who got the next vote on the next election. It was unfair. Then they get new evidence and he is tried yet again. Why did they coherce this Booney guy? Because he said he was there why the hell didn't he come out earlier? If he didn't do it why didn't he come out and tell someone? This is the first time I have read a True Crime book and been angry with the outcome.
Many attrocities have been carried out in the name of God, much less by those who "believe" in God, or even "follow" Him. Also, how many people involved in a crime come out and admit it. Have you been living in a cave your entire life???? David's Family was not there the night of the murders. Can you not see how his family WANT to believe in him, that it would shake the foundation of everything they ever believed in to think otherwise? They are not relying on God for answers, but on their own family pride. Think outside the bun, for once you immature narrow minded child.
David Camm is innocent, no doubt. Why, there is not the least bit of evidence incriminating him. Blood was found at the bottom of his daughter? Why no semen? It is well known that it could be an injuries from an accidentthey of various kind. It could be traced to an outing, ridding a bike, hiking and an accident of any kind? It's blood, so how could that blunt trauma have happened over 12 hours? The children are still inside the car, Kim's shoes were around,that means they were just back home. How could David be just in time, rushed for home to kill the family? Balony! And, if he did make such a plan, he would be a very pesky cop, more likely to get himself witnesses to incriminate himself that alibi. He got to risk leaving the stadium and going back in time during the killing, nobody would ever think about him or would like to talk to him, nothing would happened on his way back after the killing, no one would turn an eye at him when he came back? Is that crazy? One jury for the second trial said David tried to cover up his molesting his own daughter. Is that why this wrong verdict came from? Wrong guiding?

I just finished watching a t.v. program on the David Camm case and was shocked to find he was convicted after the 2nd trial! HELLO.......Where did these jurors come from??? Did they ask any questions like: If he supposedly molested his daughter than why did his wife take the kids to swimming lessons that evening especially if she supposedly planned on leaving him??? Come on! Also, as far as the 11 witnesses he had that were at the church gym that night....does anyone remember what they were wearing 2 years ago??? Hell no!! Are there any cell phone records tying him to Boney?? No!
When Boney was first interviewed he said he didn't even know Camm however, after hearing that a cop got framed for his sick perverted crime he came up with a different "story"!
Did David cheat on his wife? Yes. A lot of cops I know (am a cops wife) DO! Did his wife forgive him? Yes. Was he remorseful? Yes! I hope and pray that the Supreme Court releases David Camm as I fully believe he is an innocent man!
Also, I read everything I could about this case on the Internet and it was alot more insightful than the television program.
I fully believe on his 2nd trial, the prosecution did not want egg on their face and went to whatever means possible to get that done!
This case against an innocent man is WRONG! They already have the killer in prison and the killer is BONEY!! Look at his recorded statements and even further, look at his past!!
