Stressed out?

School, work, friends, parents... They all put stress on you. Everyone has it, but most people dont know how to deal with it. I know im stressed, i get stressed everyday. Sometimes it can just be nerves or sometimes its a personal problem that can effect every other aspect in your life.

Now the real question is how to deal with it. Some people are proactive. They take up hobbies such as running, painting or yoga. Some other people however dont know how to deal with their pain. they do other things like hurting themselfs. sometimes its physical harm, sometimes its drugs. Whatever way they do it, it isnt healthy. Its a hard thing to go through stress, especially during teen years when not only are we trying to learn how to grow up, but our hormones are taking us in every which direction.

Unfortunatly you are not alone in the world! Yay! =] People are here to help. Every teen in the world is going through what you are going through right now. Even though you think that no one could ever have the same problems that you are going through, people do.

Pick a country, any country. Any place in the world that has people on it. Well there is a 99.9% chance that a teenager lives there. A teenager going through the same boyfriend or girlfriend problems you are, the same acne problems, and stessing out about school work just like you are. if you feel like your alone in the world just put yourself out there. make new friends. go out and do something new. i promice you that you will deffinatly find someone that can relate to you in some way. And before you know it all the problems that you thought you would never get over seem so much smaller now.

Its a tough life.. but someone has got to live it. and that someone is you.

Thank god someone understands. Stress is horrible thing and it is very healthy. My dearest sympathy goes out to anyone with a lot of stress because through personal experiences I know it is very difficult to overcome. Very nice post.

My roommate takes her stress out on me, by being rude or ignoring me. It is very frusrating that she keeps it all in. I say let it out.

that has got to be so annoying. that just shows that she isnt as mature as you. i hope you take out your stress other ways, but dont worry about her. if she needs to take the energy to take her problems out on you then she has more problems then she thought.

Stress sucks. I am always stressed and it can come for no reason. I have generalized anxiety disorder though so it amplifies stress even more. Most people don't understand, but it sucks and besides normal stress I have panic attacks. Thanks for the blog it was good!

oh thats hard. but at least you know that it isnt as big as your brain is thinking it is. that way you can say wait calm down. i have had pannic attacks.. not fun!

I wash all the stress away in the pool at the free gym.

Actually I do not usually feel stress like evryone one else. It seems like I can just explain it and understand the stressor away.

I think I can minimize everything in my brain????

stress can be good or bad, depending on your reaction to it, and how big of a stressor it is.
