Sleep..

Have you ever been so tired that you just dont want to wake up? Like tired emotionally, physically, mentally... you know just tired... thats not suppost to sound suicidal in any sort of way but thats kinda the state that i'm in right now. I've been under so much stress, and i've been lacking so much sleep that sometimes I just wish I could sleep for days and weeks on end until its over. It feels like every night I rest, its only for a few minutes and then I wake up and start my day. I'm hardly ever refreshed anymore. I'm not crazy for thinking this way am I?

NOT crazy. I understand. I can realate at this very moment. I am very deprived of sleep.

Think about what it is you're passionate about, and continue to/start to pursue it. When you are passionate about something it can take your mind off of the stresses in your life and also allow you to contribute to the world. We all have the tools to make a difference, to create, to do something good for someone else, to put a smile on someone elses faces. Doing so will help the world become a better place as well as keep us from feeling trapped, desperate, etc. Feeling tired often makes me irritable and start feeling down about myself. If we take care of ourselves then we can take care of the world. So my advice to you, take care of yourself (emotionally, physically -- eat right, take your vitamins, all the stuff a mom would say haha) and figure out what it is you want to focus your energy on and create, do, etc. Remember that you'r enot alone, and just put all the negative thoughts aside if you can. And also remember that its okay to release your emotions, to cry to feel angry to get upset.. Talk to people. Even if you're just physically tired, make sure to take care of yourself.

I totally know how you feel. I was like that last spring. I was just sooo tired I couldn't wait to just sleep. I had soo much going on that one of my teachers got really worried about me and wouldn't let me add anymore on me.

Amy not at all, im the same way most days. We go to bed at the same time and I only wake up an hr after you really. I think we should get to bed alot earlier by like 10 or 11 and myabe after x amount of time it may help a tid bit
