I was just now reading the article that AOL has up about the rioters that attacked the US Embassy in Serbia. And, well, I read it all and it's interesting. It's all sort of just an entirely different world over there. It's funny how I can sit here and blog about it, but in the other hemisphere, there are people blowing up cars and other people living their lives terrified of those that blow up the cars. That was a run on sentence. Please excuse my incorrect grammar.
Anyway, what inspired this blog, as it has been a while since I have written, is one of the comments that I saw about the article. There are those that are from America and just say "we're the best, bomb them" and then there are those that say American's are ignorant and self-centered. I honestly don't know which one is more truthful. There was one comment though that caught my eye. At first it sounded un-American, but then it said that we should leave the other countries for ten years and see how they fare then.
I just thought, how true is that?
