Animals can be very beneficial to humans. They are great companions and and can act as a therapy method for some. For me, I would not be as happy as I am day-to-day with out my animals (2cats, 2dogs, 1horse). They give me a a sense of joy and love at home always, and especially when home alone. The responsabilities of feeding them everymorning helps me wake up with a smile on my face. Many times, they greet me to let me know it's time to wake up.
Animals poses so much personality, and unique characteristics, it amazes me. My animals are my therapy. Whenever I have a stressful day or anthing is upsetting me, coming home to my animals greeting me at he door always puts a smile on my face. The stresses and worries of the world seem to disapear when Iam surrounded by my animals. They always love me no matter what, and I love that. Unconditional Love is necessary in people's lives, and i think if people can't find that from other people, then animals/pets is the best alternate.
I encourage anyone who isn't allergic to pets to asimulate one into their homes and lives. Pets can do wonders for people's souls.

Animals are great sources of therapy and I find it most comforting to know that unlike people especially dogs are loyal. They don't care what you look like when your sick, they don't care if someone is overweight, skinny, tall, short or anything. They don't judge people like other people do. They are there for their owners no matter what and won't turn their back on you when you need them the most.

An added idea- for even more fulfillment, adopt from a shelter if possible. When you adopt from a shelter, you are truly saving a life. Everyday you will think about how your pet is living directly because of your actions.
