Cellphones

Cellphones in my opinion are a great invention but they way people use them is starting to get rid of everyday relationships and socilalization. I hate it when I'm taking to some one and every 30 seconds or so they whip out their cellphone and start texting on it. I'm the one who's having a conversation with you but apparently I'm not as important as whoever you are texting. I think texting should only be used for little things not huge long conversations. When I text it's only to say like lets get dinner tonight at 8 or something of that sort. Not like a huge story about my life or whole day. Save that for when you are actually talking to the person. It's so rude to have a conversation with some one and then they just keep checking their phone like they are bored. The only other time I text is when I'm bored. Like if I'm waiting to get into the dentist or something. But then when I get into the exam room I put my cellphone away. I dont keep texting while the dentist is cleaning my teeth. I hate it when people text in the bathroom. Uh HELLO... We can here you texting. And I hate how people start talking in shorthand text like IDK and BRB and all that crazyness. I bet in like a hundred years people will be fully talking in text and that really makes me angry. Next time your having a conversation please be respectful and dont test while your talking to someone.
