When two hijacked planes took a seperate course and were force into New York's Twin towers, the world was in shock. Within 24 hours every home in the United States had a red, white, and blue flag hanging outside their house. Out of this tragic time, America became a nation. Now, years later, students refuse to stand for a moment of silence followed by the pledge, flags have been taken down, and no one wants to stand up for our country. Does it really take tragedy to bring a nation together? What is America waiting for? Hold your Flags and your heads up high, United States citizens, we are a country of ONE.
