I would advise the president of the United States to pull out of the Middle East. The citizens don’t want us there – they never did. We will never be able to instill a democracy because it’s a different lifestyle a different way of life. It seems as though the war on terror has become a war on the Middle East. It has gone too far in the respect that the Patriot Act is taking away the very thing this country stands for – civil liberties. I don’t like the fact that my freedom is being compromised. Freedom is what we want to support in the Middle East. It just seems ironic to me that we begin to take away our own as we try to jam freedom down their throats. They say you can lead a horse to water but you can’t make him drink. – You can send your kids to school but you can’t make them learn. It has to be something that they want for themselves. If the kids aren’t ready to learn, the horse isn’t thirsty, and the Middle East not ready for freedom it won’t happen. Timing is essential. It wasn’t time during Bush the Sr.’s term and it still isn’t time in Bush Jr.’s term. Freedom for the Middle East would be a good thing but the world isn’t ready for it. Not today but maybe tomorrow.
Dear Mr. President - What I have to say:

From your lips to Bush's floppy ears.
I totally agree, I read some place that they are putting walls up in Iraq, like the Berlin Wall, separating communities, families. How is this effective at all!
