Always warm up - stretching is very critical when working out. Stretching allows one to more flexible and less sore the next dat.
HYDRATE - drink lots of water. Water nourishes your muscles for a workout. Without water one cannot function correctly. Do not drink soda. Soda can cause your muscles to cramp or can cause bones to deteriorate.
Sleep - get a good sleep when working out. Exercise also helps you sleep better and deeper. Your muscles relax more at night when you exercise.
Walk - walking is just as good if not better for a person than running. Walking a mile a day is very good for your body and you will be thanked in the long run.
Overworking - do not overwork. It is very easy to do much more than your body can handle. Be aware when your body has had enough and it wants to stop then listen.
Diets - dieting means eat smaller meals not starve yourself. You can still eat the things you enjoy just consume smaller portions of it. Eat a healthy snack between meals if your hungry. Don't eat 6 meals a day. Eat 3 with 3 healthy snacks.
Breakfast - EAT BREAKFAST! Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It starts you off on the right track. Eat a healthy breakfast and feel good about yourself all day.
Confidence - Have confidence in yourself. Working out only works if you believe it will. You have to be willing to work and reach your goals.

All of these are good. Also if someone wants to lose weight and the bigger you are the faster you will lose weight. Since one has more weight it is easier. Also the best exercise for someone who is obese is bicycle riding! Good tips.

Water is an important link in metablizing the energy of muscle contraction and helps wastes get moved out of the body. This has to do with solute concentration and the kidneys and so on. Soda can be a diuretic which cause less needed minerals to be absorbed.
DO not forget to cool down and stretch after workouts to help release lactic acid from building in your muscles and allow it to be converted back to energy later.
For most adults between 7 and 8 hours of sleep is optimal for healing and rest cycles...it is hard to accomplish we you have five million kids and four trillion jobs but sleep is good.
For a good work out expert nuts...i mena expert trainers say that 60-90 minutes of moderate activity through out the day three to five times a week is need for health of body heart and mind. I will settle for thirty minutes which equates to about two mile on a treadmill going about 3.5
You can eat more with less calories and more energy is you skip the supersized burger king for as many cucumber carrot stick apple mixes you can stand as long as ranch or carmel dip is not the main part of those snacks;)
Breakfast is extremely important so you can have nutrients needed to get you through the day and avoid midday slumps. This does not include a egg mcmuffin hash brown and large coffee... my boss tried to tell me that is what he was doing to get started on his healthy life.
