So, the big question..can there ever be peace in the middle east. Umm..it's doubtful. Now, I know, pessimistic right? Na, not really, more like realistic. There is a logical reason why there is fighting. But I don't think most Americans understand do to the lifestyles we lead and the fact that there is only a small percentage in America that have a faith (in a religion) so strong that they are willing to fight and die for it. And there in lies the problem with Israel and the Muslims.
Okay so here's the lowdown y'all. You have one side, the Jews, who have held this promised land for who knows how long. Now, according to their religion they have to do anything and everything to keep this land because if they do not hold the land the savior will not come. (Now, I hate to break it to them, but....uehh...he already did. But that's neither here nor there.) Thus, these people will do whatever it takes to keep this land, including fighting and dying for it. And they will NOT comprimise it away.
Now flip sides. Whooooooooooooop. Alright, now we're with the Muslims. THe Muslim's have, first foremost an angry dod. He for whatever reason just seems to get mad a lot. Now, okay, your submitting yourself to an angry god, you are sure as hell gonna do whatever he tells you. They belive that he is telling them to take the land that Israel has. They will do whatever it takes to get it and, again, no comprimises.
So, sum up. One sides fightin like hell to keep their land. The other is fighting to take it. Neither will comprimise. You would have to literally be a diplomatic Einstein, Newton, Copernicus, Gallileo, Nash, and Aristotle all-in-one to figure this one out. And even then, you still probably wouldn't. Sorry y'all, we just can't progress here. Even though that's what y'all are about.
