Licensed Professionals in the funeral profession are getting paid less.
Preened folks are getting paid more.
These are the ones who are running off with the money.
Bean counters in the profession are being paid more.
This does not play well in Peoria or any other part of the USA.
Your Funeral guy has noticed that respect for funeral directors has gone down hill.
In some parts of the country it needs to be noticed that Hospice Nurses are taking on the role of Funeral Directors.
In other places social workers are taking on the role of funeral directors.
If Funeral Directors and Funeral Home owners do not fix the preneed scandals or taking the money from the folks they may just find themselves legislated out of existence and they may find other professionals taking over there jobs.
