Is anyone here a senior in high school? Ugh, I am. I hate it sometimes.
This whole college stuff is stressing me out. I don't know where and
how to apply to all these colleges. I don't know where I'm going to get
money, so I don't think I can go out of state. Is anyone else going
through this. I mean I haven't even talked to my counselor yet. My
school's guidance counselors kind of suck. lol. Really. They don't make
time for you. They have all these group meetings. I mean how can you
talk to them in a group. If anyone is feeling what I'm feeling. Please
write back. Oh yeah, where do you find grants and scholarships

Holy cow!!! Don't stress out!!! Senior year has to be our funnest year and I'm making it mine.
First off, have you taken the ACT or SAT? I would suggest getting those out of the way asap! Next, your major. And your GPA. Finding the best school for you comes next, using the information from the last 3 things. If you have a high GPA and test score(and I'm talking really high) then you can go where ever the hell you want to cause you can get scholarships easy. If you have lower ones, but still in the higher range, then you are most likely in the top 25% of your class and that means you are perfectly fine and will be accepted just about anywhere.
Because I'm a studio arts major, Im trying to go to a school where most of the people are either art majors or music majors(I have one picked out, its just the money). Use your major to find the best school for you.
To apply to colleges, most of them have a place on their site to apply online or to put in your phone number and home address and they will send you information and schedual a tellaphone interview with them. Still dont know what school you want to go to? Google the best college for your major(for example mine would be-best college for a studio art major).
Scholarships.... I use fastweb.com You have to fill out a really long interview thing at first, but after that, you know exactly what you can get... The problem is just actually going out and doing them all!!!
I hoped I helped a little.
