This was an interesting article, and I just wanted to know what others thought.

Would you be comfortable with a stranger randomly taking your picture, or would you say that it violates privacy rights?
I personally would feel very uncomfortable with having my picture taken without my permission. It's not to say that I'd sue the photographer or anything, but I'd really like to have copies of the photographs and would also like to make sure that they aren't used for anything odd.
The author of this article says that it's okay to take pictures of people as long as you're being careful to not take pictures of things that could get you into legal trouble.













As long as the pics are taken in public property, I see nothing wrong
