The three letter word SEX is very powerful in this world. We all know sex sells, but by how much. If you look at our entertainment world today, most of it consumes of sex.
So, how long does it go on? It will only progress with time. Do we let this entertainment system run our lives? The lives of our kids? What do we do? What can we do?
Why are women always being violated in music videos and in TV shows. Rapes in colleges are covered up and the victims are the one to suffer. Why? Since when did the world decide it was ok to rape someone? When?
Actually this blog is my little test to see how many people will actually visit because of the title. Do not mind me, I am only doing a research for one of my classes.

it can go in two paths, it could get so bad that eventualy we pull ourselves together realize that we have sold our self respect to the public. the other route is that eventualy we dont wear clothes and start everything over like it was in the beginning. history repeats itself, so who knows?

whether we like it or not, SEX is a huge part of the community in which we live. It's there in tv, movies, news, magazines, books, etc... and there's nothing really we can do except probably boycotting it. But to be honest it probably won't happen because ther are alot of people out there who love SEX and SEX related things.
You are right, but why does it have to be so dominated. As best as the parents have tried, they can not always shelter their children from such things.

that was an amazing idea....i thought it would be a really amazing debate ro something but i was slightly wrong. our world is so corrupt by sex. and it is weird living in durham nc because of the duke lacross rape scandal going on just right down the road. ugh. they are so guilty...but everyone id takign the guys side of things. even 60 minutes aired a show for them to talk about "what really happened." yeah right. im glad someone else seems to think the victim is the victim double and the perpetrator is free and innocent.

It's not just girls; don't forget that boys see the same thing. When thirteen year old kids are having sex I think there's something seriously wrong.
What is worse, is the fact that they think it is ok to act like that, and a lot of parents dont say anything!
