Colors have been proven to affect human thoughts and feelings...for example, McDonalds wraps its food in yellow and red wrappers because those colors make people hungry. So this new makeover very well COULD influence the people to drop their unlawful ways. Which makes me wonder...why has no one started painting the prisons pink yet?
