I am sure many of you are in the same position as I am. You desperately need money for college and this scholarship opportunity seems like a Godsend. On one hand you want to post any type of blog to increase your chances. On the other hand this website is progressiveu and posting about the color of your carpet is not very progressive. I could post blogs all day about what I am doing and how it is affecting my life. But really, if I dedicate a blog to the fact that right now I am watching Terminator 2, whose life am I progressing?
I know many of you are probably torn in this like I am. Or maybe I am the only one and I am just looking too deep into this, LOL. That is a possibility. So hopefully I do not fall into the “post whatever” pit! I really do want what I write to have some meaning and I can only assume that if an issue is important to me, then somewhere in the world, that same issue is important to someone else.
Now for a little driving annoyance. I am at a COMPLETE stop, I had been at a stop for about thirty seconds when this lady comes flying up the street and almost rear ends me. Guess what she does? She flips ME off and yells a few obscenities. Why was I at a complete stop? Because the light was red, it was not like I was stopped at some random point of the street.
Some people.

I have had the exact same thoughts as you. What I tell myself (and am now telling you and everyone else) is to only post either blogs or comments when you have something to say. I get so annoyed when I read blogs about nothing, or comments that just say "I agree," so I always make sure that I have some perspective and point of view in everything I post, and for my blogs, I like to think them through and do some research before I post. I try and come up with an interesting topic rather than making a blog about watching Terminator 2, as you said.
