The Theory of Evolution
The theory of evolution states that people, animals, plants, etc. evolved over millions of years they didn’t just get created in a day like it says in the bible. This has caused controversy for many years because Christians and other people believe that God created animals, man, plants etc. where each created one group a day and it took only 6 days for God to create them. They argue that the Theory of Evolution should not be taught because it interferes with their beliefs, even though religion and state are supposed to be separated. The religious people restrict the education of others because of their beliefs. They don’t want to admit that their beliefs might be wrong so they restrict everyone’s learning just to keep their beliefs alive. Evolution seems like a much more likely theory because it says that everything has been evolving for millions of years and still are evolving today. I think that evolution is really the way that things happen because think about it millions to billions of years for things to become a possible habitat for life or wham 7 days and everything is created and becomes how it is today.
