My Summary:
Long-term health care plans are slowly being worked on to try and help our fast growing older population. By 2030 Virginia will have 1.3 million people (120% more than in 2000) aged over 60. Though, it's a good thing that people with disabilities are living longer than ever now. There just aren't enough residential places for them to retire at. If these problems aren't fixed then Virginia's health care will be taxed even more. Health Care Institutions will also be put on the ranking system online. So that people can see the quality of the places.
