Ok this blog may not solve world hunger, or even stir political turmoil... but it will tell you an awesome hack that could make that old RAZR you've had into a really kool device. Now what I am about to tell you could potentially void the warranty on your phone, so if its brand new, don't do this. OK. First things first, You will need to vist this site for the "HOW TO" and this one for the "HACK".
Now all this seems intimidating, but it is really easy if you follow the steps on hackthev3.com (link1). The guy made the tutorial very comprehensive, easy and fun to do. I finished my mod in about 2 hours. Anyway I was super psyched when I finished, and now my boring old RAZR, kinda sorta looks like an iPhone OS. All that you are doing in reality is adding and changing the skin, and then flashing the DRM icons on (don't worry it can be done with a few mouse strkes).
