My school is thinking to add a clock to our library or not.

"The Senate then turned its attention to the vote of whether or not its $45,000 donation for a clock tower that will have a chiming system along with an emergency announcement system should be built on top of the LRC building.

Opinion=WHy put a clock ontop of our library? Like they said, they want it to chime like every hour, and that will affect the people inside the library. My school is for the most part very pretty. Except one building, it is falling apart. The bathrooms have no doors, and I take math there, it just feels creepy and lonely, why would they try to put a clock instead of fixing the school? I hope if the issue about the clock goes up again, that they refuse it
