What is so great about sex? Don't they say "with great power comes great responsibility" when it comes to super powers. But why can't people say the same thing about sex. I mean the few minutes of pleasure you get from sex can leave you with numerous permenant badges that say " I HAD SEX". We all know someone who has had sex and bragged about how good it felt but did they brag about the permenant effects they felt afterward. For instance: *Jill is a known to "give it up" yet *Jack decided that his hormones were more important than his pride and self respect. So of course he has sex with *Jill and he contracts an STD. So I asked *Jack, what's so great about sex? He told me "Heck I don't know. My friends had her so why couldn't I." Those few minutes of pleasure caused more avoidable annimosity in *Jack's life than if he got rear ended by a garbage truck. So many teenagers are miseducated about sex that we are becoming the number one carriers of STD's. So people please be smart, be safe, and get educated.

Sex is fun and also an intense emotional connection between people. And with a good partner, it's a lot more than a few moments of pleasure.
Obviously caution should be taken, but that's more due to lack of education than to teenaged stupidity.

Sex can really screw things up between people especially when you do it too soon, without knowing the person well enough. The best relationship I ever had was with someone who I never had sex with.

I agree! Sex is human nature and can be beautiful... The issue is when are you ready..... I mean really.... when! Age 12, 13, 16, 17.....When....We are grown alot longer than we are children. Condoms are only 99% effective, people lie who they have slept with and what they have....
