Obama--just another politician

How can you trust Obama after he attended Wright's sermons for 20 years. Not only did he just attend church, but he was also very good friends with Wright. Obama is lying straight through his teeth when he says that he never knew all the stuff that the the entire nation found out about Wright. Obama is also lying that he never heard any controversial statements from him. Obama is just another politician. He claims to be different and says he will bring about change. No, he is just another Democrat.

When the Wright statements first broke out, Obama was worried. His first response was to say that he had never heard any of those statements nor did he attend church when Wright said anything controversial. Next, he made a speech that was about how he could not disown his pastor because he was like a uncle. He basically defended him and he also attacked his white grandmother. The pro-Obama media said the speech was monumental about race, as important as MLK's speeches. That was a total lie. The speech was about his pastor.

Afer the controversy about Obama's pastor started to die down, Wright and his arrogant attitude felt the need to inform the public that he does in fact believe in those controversial statements. Wright went to a NAACP meeting and made even more racist remarks while Obama supporters cheered on. Now the media nor Obama could not lie and try to convince people that Wright's statements were taken out of context as they were trying to do before. So Obama had no choice except to disown him.

Obama just attended this church and listened to this pastor for 20 years. He only was married by that same pastor, and had his children baptized by that pastor. A pastor who exemplifies racism, un-Americanism, and stupidity. If Obama is a man of principle, as all politicians should be, how in the world could he have listened to such a bigoted, anti-American pastor for 20 years.

Since Obama listened to Wright for 20 years, though of Wright as a mentor, and was inspired by Wright to write his book The Audacity of Hope, does this mean that Obama must share some of those same feelings as Wright? Yes it does, unless he was just attending that church to look good in the community. Yes it does, unless he was just attending that church to gain more fame and popularity. Yes it does, unless Obama is a fake just like other politicians.

Now personally, I do not believe that Obama is a racist, America hater. Although, I do somewhat believe that about his wife who makes the dumbest comments. But for Obama to gain my support and the support of millions of other Americans, he needs to tell the public the truth about his reasons for attending that church.

Brings up a good point. If he doesn't share those same sentiments, it means he was using the pastor and the church to integrate into the community. If he does, he's racist, anti-american, .... name the rest.
