An illegal immigrant formerly deported from the country allegedly raped his girlfriend at knife point Monday night, Avon police said. (Yes that is right. An illegal immigrant who was already deported from America snuch back in and raped a woman) but thats not all...
Jorge Valdez, 24, is accused by police of several felony charges, including false imprisonment, menacing and sexual assault while armed with a deadly weapon. Valdez is also wanted in Jefferson County for failing to appear in court on charges of assault and domestic violence(hmm wonder why).
Police suspect the crime was motivated by jealousy. Valdez found out the 19-year-old woman dated other men while he was deported, then hunted her down, Avon police Detective Paul Arnold said. Valdez convinced the woman into letting him live with her before moving in on Monday, Arnold said.
Police allege Valdez held the woman at knife point from about 9 p.m. Monday night until 11 a.m. Tuesday morning, but he did not injure the woman with the knife. Valdez also threatened the couple's 1- and 3-year-old children during the night, Arnold said. (not only a rapist, but doesnt stop at just that...he likes to threaten and hurt little ones also)
At some point, Valdez dropped the knife and raped the woman, Arnold said.
"So far all things point to rape and indicate she was telling the truth," he said. "I don't think that she could actually consent after being held at knife point for several hours."
Around 11 a.m. the woman talked Valdez into leaving and went to her mother's home where she called police. That same day, police arrested Valdez, now being held in the Eagle County jail on a $26,500 bond. He is scheduled to be arraigned Friday in Eagle County court.
Arnold said he will contact immigration officials about the matter after he completes his investigation, although he is determined the man should be convicted in Eagle County.
"It's already been shown he's been deported and that doesn't work," Arnold said.
...so before anyone tries to tell me again that illegal immigrants do not commit crimes...try again...because I am sure that I can find more crimes commited.

I never said that all of them were but I will be bold enough to say that a majority of them are. Let alone none of them being law abiding citizens, hence the term ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS.
Excuse me, but if you are breaking laws, you are breaking laws! The law breakers are the ones who make it bad for all of us. If one black person breaks the law, it looks bad on all blacks. If one hispanic breaks the law, it makes it look bad for the others. The same with whites, and all other nationalities. BUT, if you are here in the USA illegally, don't expect me or mine to defend you. I don't care how hard you work! If you want to come here to work, do it legally!

How can you tell me who I am or am not helping? I most definitely help the homeless. I volunteer at a local soup kitchen, making meals for the homeless people. Don't think I just sit back and watch these people die.

The illegals aren't as bad a burden to our economy as you seem to think. There would be millions of empty jobs if they were gone. And no, they would not all be filled by Americans...President Bush even mentioned that in his address to the nation on immigration reform. Immigrants take up a huge percentage of jobs in many types of industry. Contruction, roofing, landscaping, retail, etc.

Thats why you have a hard time finding people who agree with you. Becuase people are smarter now and society is moving past that egocentric stage. The battle between the conservative and the liberal. The battle between the conservative and the progressive. Im done when you get old and near your time to go you will realise how equal we realy are.
You don't know anything on illegals except what you read, Well you need to go back and read how a 6yr old boy from GA got killed by Americans and they where white. Or how an American dad stuck a knife in his babies back and threw him out the window. or how an American attacked a 101yr old lady for her purse. or how Americans gangs drove by and killed a little 10yr old boy,trying to shoot someone else.or how a 15yr old boy got stabbed to death for whereing the color red or blue those where Americans.so before you blame or push judgement know the facts.
