Save Our Babies

So there was a baby stolen from a hospital. The baby was only a couple days old and at risk in the hands of an unknon kidnapper. One can only guess what the parents of this poor child were going through. It boggles my mind how a person could steal a child let alone a child so young as just a few days old. This person must be in serious want of a child, but why not have their own or adopt. Seriously, this was a major crime. I really do not know what kind of punishment this person will get, but I do hope it is good one because no one should get away with kidnapping. The article I read said that this is the second kidnapping the the same city within the past eleven months. I hope that city realizes that something has to be done and more security needs to be in place to keep the newborn and others safe. Hopefully this will be the last straw and they get a wakeup call.
