At www.metacafe.com, you can submit videos and get paid for it!
If you submit videos into their Producer Rewards program, you get paid $5 for every 1000 views your video gets. However, there are a view catches:
1. Your video must get 20,000 views before you get paid anything. This is not hard to do, especially if you post a link to your video on your myspace. I submitted a video, and it got 50 views in just over an hour without me doing anything. Plus, if your video gets good ratings by other members, it will cycle onto metacafe's home page, where it can easily get thousands of views every hour!
2. Your video must have a rating of 3.0 or above out of 5 to get any money. Again, this is not hard if you have a good video.
3. This is the kicker. YOU MUST OWN ALL RIGHTS TO EVERYTHING IN YOUR VIDEO! This includes all video, MUSIC, and you must have the signature of everyone whose face is recognizable in your video. You can use others' music as long as they give you permission to use their music for profit and sub-license it to other media types, without crediting them.
Your video should also be between 20 seconds and ~6 minutes long.
One plus is that you do not have to be 18 to get paid. You can get paid via direct transfer to a Paypal account, prepaid Master Card that operates as an ATM card, or direct deposit to a U.S bank account.

Thanks, that was helpful. But how do I know that this is not a scam to get into my paypal account and steal my records/identity?
If the only thing they require is a paypal e-mail address, I don't think it's possible for them to steal your identity.
