I'm not really to sure how to start all this off. I've never had a long enough attention span to blog before but heres to givig it a shot! I've always though blogging was a good idea..... I keep a journal if that counts for anything... Writing for me has always been theraputic :). I read an article last week that was about a study conducted on the effects of journaling and blogging. It was saying how people who started blogging were feelng better and more put together than they were before they started blogging. For me, i write whenever something is bothering me that I can't put into words, it just helps me relieve stress.

I am hardly one to be welcoming another into this community, as I only have 22 hours or so of official membership under my belt, but none the less, welcome! I think we have fairly similar thoughts here, though I don't keep a journal of daily happenings. Hopefully you can scrape together the attention span needed to continue blogging here, I am trying to do the same myself. Good luck!
