My name is Josh Leyh, and I do like democracy but it doesn't always seem fair for the individual. I believe that there should be a small form of government. I'm in no way an Anarchist but close to it. As mentioned in the Old Testament of the Bible- "In those days, man did what was right in his own eyes." Also in those days there was a simple chain of courts and judges and if somebody had a problem with another (s)he would just take it to the courts, but I believe that the laws shouldn't be so restraining. What is a speed limit of 55 going to accomplish on a highway with nobody living within a seventy-five mile radius anyways? Speed limits and other little laws should be gone and people should just find it in themselves to drive or do whatever responsibly. And if they act irresponsibly- well, and eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth. I believe that if somebody is acting irresponsibly and damages something, somebody should try that person for his/her actions. Complete Anarchy doesn’t work very well, but if we still had some form of control I believe the world would be a better place. Any thoughts?
