Okay as we all know that Makeup for females (and males in some cases) does have its advantages in many ways. However, my girls and I were debating over if its something that is necessary to put on to the point where, no one that has seen you with out the makeup, recognizes you. So here is my question to you all would you want your girl or guy to wear make up to the point wheres shes SO HOT that when she takes it off its totally someone different that you dont recognize? I put make up on but at very mininal part or even dress up at very minimal because thats just my style-I want the guy to fall for my natural beauty rather than the cover up beauty. SO Let me know what you think? Do you think that make up is something that a punjabi indian girl should be crazy about or just keeping her natural look nice and beautiful. SO LET ME KNOW Come on lets talk!!!

Anything in moderation can be ok. There is always a dispute about makeup. Its more or less personal preference and is an enhancement that makes and individual feel complete. Its no different from tanning in a tanning bed, breast enhancement, penis enhancement, viagra for ED, hair extensions, acrylic nails, facial or nose surgeries, botox injections, rogaine, or anything else that is added or subtracted to the body for enhancement. :}
While your overall statement generally makes sense and is agreeable...
Using Viagra for ED is in a completely different realm than any of the other things you mentioned.

Yeah! ED is a disease that only affects men! And you all complain about your periods; we're all going to go blad, lose our "best friend", and never be able to have sex again.

And our sex drive plummets after menopause, when we have to deal with hormone withdrawal, hot flashes, cold flashes, osteoporosis... And women go balding too, we just tend to keep our hair longer so it's more difficult to tell.

What about X-Linked genetic diseases? Statistically, men are more likely to get an X-linked genetic disease.
What about empathetic pregnancy?
What about prostate exams?!

Nick... empathetic pregnancy is nothing to actual pregnancy, not to mention BIRTH. And the mood swings we have to put up with every single month from puberty to menopause.
Women have pap smears, so I think that beats your prostate exams. We also have to have mammograms once we hit a certain age, since we're plagued more with breast cancer. How would you like someone taking a part of you and squishing it between two plates to make sure there's no abnormal mass in there?

Yeah, but I'm still in the lead.
X-linked diseases FTW here. Also, XYY causes violence, anger, and mental issues landing the majority of people who suffer from XXY syndrome in prisons. XXX just makes super women.

And
makes girls who aren't really girls, and die young. Turner's Syndrome isn't fun, and Kleinfelter's syndrome can go undiagnosed, and only really leads to a little infertility (plus the issues women typically have... osteoporosis, mood swings, breast cancer... all that fun stuff). XYY syndrome doesn't list much on wikipedia in terms of what you're claiming, and I don't have my genetics book anymore to look it up.
Usually, increased testosterone leads to increased aggression, so if those levels are normal, I find it hard to believe that they're unusually aggressive.
XXX syndrome has similar effects, it seems.

1) We both know Wikipedia is a terrible an invalid source.
2) My claim of incarceration for XXY's is largely without substance; it is pure speculation. Many people believe that is the reason for many of the people in prison, however, studies to figure out just how true this is aren't legal, to my knowledge. I forget just what prohibits it, but the point remains, largely without substance.
3) Y0 creates dead cells. What now?

1) Very well... Turner Syndrome; XYY Syndrome; XXX Syndrome; Klinefelter's Syndrome
And if you tell me the NIH or the Mayo clinic are not a good sources, you really need to go back to freshman bio.
2) While I'm waiting for those pages to load, so I can check them... Good to know.
3) Well, it would be rather difficult to have a Y0 (cause that would mean the egg has nothing), and those with Turner Syndrome are usually aborted, just not quite as often as Y0, obviously.
4) Ok, you got that one.
5) Umm... the genetic disorders with more than the 'right' number of X's, or trisomy 21, are usually caused by 'sticky' eggs in women over 35.
You produce sperm all your life; we have all of our eggs at birth, and will never get any more. So if something is wrong with our eggs, we're just screwed. You can just make more.

I think that Indian women are some of the most beautiful women on the face of the earth ( and I'm a straight black female ) but I am also a beautiful black female with a very mult racial look but I wear make up and clothes as an expression of my personality, feelings and mood for the day. I think that it can be pretty as long as it is not the "lady of the night" look if you know what I mean
I don't like makeup very much. If I kiss a girl who's wearing foundation or cover-up or whatever on the cheek, I'm not enjoying myself very much because I come away with a nasty taste.
Lip gloss is the one piece of pseudo-makeup I can't get enough of. Shiny lips that taste good...nom nom nom. Love it. But red eyeshadow? Green mascara? Ugh. She's too much.

Make-up generaly looks bad.
Sometimes with an outfit that is almost, or entirely, a costume it can be a good effect. Especially when there is a color match or combo.
From 50 feet it can make you look good 50 inches makes it look fake.
I'd argue with that. I know a girl who, when she wears makeup, is absolutely gorgeous. And it's difficult to tell she's wearing it unless you're literally right next to her face. Or if you know what she looks like without it.
Too much makeup, or heavy makeup, generally doesn't look good, but I could show you many pictures of women who you might figure are not wearing makeup because it just looks so natural on them.

So far all of the guys don't like
All the girls yes, or a little.
As long as you can wear make-up with out getting caught.....
I should note that besides lipgloss and tinted moisturizer (cause it has SPF and regular moisturizer doesn't), I very, very rarely wear makeup. I wear it for important things, like interviews and nights out and stuff.

I'm not big on make-up...like they say less is more.
I especaily hate when make-up is so heavely applied that it starts melting once they step outside...reminds me of clayface off batman.
Okay, I read all the comments and I totally agree with you guys! However, I have noticed that some indian girls will cover their face in make up and just be like as if they are the queens! its ridi-cu-laaaious!!!! My friends and I were planning on doing a dance performance however, there will these few girls that we might add in that LOVE to put makeup on as if they are on some corner street waiting for a pickup line! How do you nicely tell them to stay with our quota of outfits and theme of the group? which is NOT too much MAKEUP! We are just putting eyeliner, mascara, and clear lip gloss, like chapstick. Because we know if we are goign to be moving around that we will sweat so theres no point in putting on loads of makeup. So how do we let them down gently?

*My opinions are my opinions. I do not mean to offend anyone or anyone's beliefs. I'm just here to express my views just like everyone else here. If you don't like what I say just don't read what I post in the future-Simple.
I usually hear guys say that they like the natural look better, but if they were to see most girls without make up they would say they like her better with it. I think that it's a personal choice, if you want to wear make up then do it.
Personally, I only wear a bit of eyeliner, powder, blush (always!), and mascara....I don't like seeing girls cover their faces with tons of cover up etc...you can always tell and it's just unattractive.
I think most girls feel they need to put a ton of make up on to cover their "imperfections." These imperfections are usually unnoticable or most people don't care about them.

LESS. I hate it when my girlfriend puts on makeup. I like it when she showers and gets cleaned up, but she doesn't need to cake the artificial on like some female role models do. I move for less make up, ladies. Take it all off.

I go to an all girls school so I find only rare occasions where I even think about make up. When going out late at night to a dark club or bar (or on stage with bright lights for a show) then I highly recommend make up. If you don't where make up in bright or low light situations then your features are not going to be seen. In these cases the best options are eyeliner (same or similar shade as your natural eyelash and eyebrow color) and mascara.
RANT: Make your make up match your features! I can not yell enough at the girls who have naturally blonde eyelashes and eyebrows yet they wear black eyeliner and mascara. Use a light light tan color and you will have a rich beautiful color! Play up your features because hiding them makes you look like a circus freak!
Also, wear at least two complimentary shades of eyeshadow that are sheer, not dense. As for lipstick, that guy has the right idea. Sheer glosses and tinted shimmer shades that don't taste like whale blubber (yes, that is still what most dense pigment lipsticks are made of) are the most popular pick because they make your lips look like they are aroused.
Oh if you didn't know, that is why makeup was invented. The history of make up is that is was to attract a mate by mimicking the natural state of arousal. Red, full lips, darkened eyes (your eyelashes look thicker and darker when aroused), and flushed cheeks. So if you don't believe sex before marriage I would recommend laying off the make up because you are mimicking having sex and orgasm when you where it. That is why many religions believe females who are not married or courting should not wear make up and some religions ban it entirely. Just a little fashion trivia.
