Disney Channel-The worst role model possible

The personalities and characters Disney Channel has put on their shows teach kids to never stand up for themselves. If there is a stronger person, u must shut your mouth and go with the flow. If there is a bully for that episode, no one ever has the courage to stand up for themselves. One "evil" look sends them running, literally. Is that what we want to teach the kids in middle school? That the only way is to run away form your problems. Can you people not talk! Why can't Disney portray a strong girl that doesn't take crap from everyone? Instead of being weak in front of guys and get all googly eyed, becoming love struck zombies giving into every ridiculous demand.Girls have minds, but obviously not in Disney's world. What happened to female empowerment, it must not have been able to seep that low into their ignorant minds.

No more Disneyesque girls!

What shows, in particular, are talking about, anyway?

Honestly all the shows, I don't watch it, my sister does, so I couldn't give specific names

Bring back the old Disney channel. I liked the old Disney channel had good morals. there were some villains, but overall good prevailed.

I'd like to argue that while Disney Channel may do all the things you are saying for middle school aged children, Nickelodeon is much worse--- it is directed at a younger audience and I am appalled at some of the "jokes" on Spongebob and their other more popular cartoons.

But TV is entertainment, and whatever entertains sells.

Oh yes Nickelodeon is also guilty for this too, Disney was just really on my mind
