Capitalism the democracy of the dollar

there are a lot of laws that exist for the point of "eqaulizing" the work place but really what they do is its taking the Federal government (which has never been a profitable orginazation and manages to spend billions more then they make every year) to be our role model for businesses?

for example, if I am an employer it is my right to choose how I run my business just as if I'm a Politician its my right to say what my platform is. now, if I'm a bad politician no one will vote for me, and if I'm a bad business then no one will shop from me. its the great equalizer is the human dollar not the laws that we pass and take away freedoms from business owners.

for example, lets say I want to own a company that is all women workers and no men, is that my right as an employer? legally right now maybe not but in my opinion there's nothing wrong with that, and if I'm a man and want an all man team is that fair? sure its my call right. so basically we need to give the freedom back to business owners. no of course if I'm a smart employer who will I hire? the guy or girl who's best for the job, so if I hire 99 white people and 1 black guy because the top 100 people were that way. thats fine in my book.

we need to get rid of racial quotes and stop using race as a trump card to bully around the working man of America.

Your logic would work real swell-like if each American was given an equal chance at the beginning of their life. If a businessman wants to hire "99 white people and 1 black guy" and they've through the same educational system and they each have an opportunity to improve themselves through higher education, why sure that's fair. But if the deck is continually stacked against one playing group from the onset, where's the democracy in that?

anyone who doesn't think there's plenty of opportunities for all sorts of people in this country need to go live outside the US for more then 6 months, I spent 2 years in the third world and I saw what life is like without opportunity, in the US , anyone can go to college , you can get student loans, or just work your way through, people like Dave Thomas make it from rags to riches all the time, the key is work ethic

I'm not saying life is 100% fair by any means, but take it form someone who has seen what life that has no opportunities is like and believe me, America is the levelest playing field you are going to find.

If that's the key, what do you think citizens in third world countries are lacking?

they're missing opportunities that exist here, anyone can make it here in America if they want to work their balls off. in the DR there wasn't student loans, there wanst a 10th the jobs we have, there wasn't good school.
