First off, do you know who your city's mayor? Your senator? Your districts's representatives? If you are not involved, how can you expect your views to get a voice?

Don't sit and wait than complain. Do something about it, VOTE. And if you lose, than complain but at least try. Don't like the Gas prices? Get someone that can represent you! Are you Pro/Against Abortion and Gay Marriages? Than vote for someone that will do what your state wants.
Vote for your city major, vote for you senator and so forth.
