Jessica and Nick back are together!

Tagged:  •

Its amazing how a simple thing such as a title can trigger your eyes to read what I have to say. as you now know, if you still care this has nothing to do with jessica and nick getting back together. although, I do hope that they come to their senses and get back together. they are such a cute couple and do belong togehter.

anyways, I hear now that Diet soda is worse for you than regular soda. ok? The the word diet should be sued because if the product is missleading then why are they allowed to sell something that is missleading. then again everything including words with diet or reduced fat anyone will by because hey its "healthier" or supposed to me. *yeah right* so in coming years they are going to put only diet soda in the schools well know the news says its worse so really are they going to do that? its not the soda thats making everyone fat...its what they put into their bodies.

and you know people never know whats good for you becaus one day fruits are good for you and the next they are bad. one day eggs could be wonderful for you and the next few days dont eat them you will be more proned to get some type of cancer. so really...what do we eat? what is good for us? Nothing! and so now I get my answer as to why I often skip out on foods because I am dealthy afraid of becoming fat. my small 5'1 100 pound body cannot support anymore than that I am evenly proportional now and i am so afraid of losing it. so everyone wonders why people starve themselves to become thin or stay thin and hot.

Don't worry so much about what the news says about different foods...they'll take one little study or what one person says and go with it. Just use common sense as to what to eat. Soda isn't the healthiest thing for you of course, whether it be diet or regular, but if you only drink it occasionally then it can't be that bad. Fruits and veggies are always good for you, but eating too much of one thing is never a good idea. It's just all about balance.

First of all, you don't have to be thin to be hot. By no means is that true.

Second, soda in general is unhealthy because it contains so very much sugar. People think diet soda is bad because it contains aspertame, which has been thought to be linked to cancer. But that claim isn't really backed up.

yea foods these days are confusing! diet fads are crazy! i personally just eat what I want and thats not always good. but im happy. i have never been on a diet and i will never be. i dont believe in them. and by diet i dont mean the kind where you starve yourself, i mean changing the way you eat. Eating healthier is always a good idea but don't fall into the diet fads or count calories or carbs. Just eat fruits & veggies, fish & meat, breads and stay away from fast food!! its ok to eat it just on rare occasions and junk food should be ok too, a lil treat now and then is good for you! Don't deprive your body on what it needs and WANTS unless you have serious health risks or are overweight. But overweight people need to just eat right and excerise. dont ever starve yourself it is extremly horrible for you physically and mentally

I mean, OMG.

In addition, I'm sincerely shocked that anyone would care.

good idea, using the title to lure people in. Diet Soda is bad because it has something in it (P) that causes cancer. This is why the decision to make it available in school baffles me. Obesity vs cancer and cancer wins...

It is confusing what you should eat when the media tells u every day that something is bad for u. Just eat green veggies, lean meat (chicken and turkey), fruit, and nonfat yogurt and milk and u will be good. Oh, and whole grains are important. When it comes to the diet vs. regular soda thing, diet is better than regular, but water is better than both! so just drink plenty of water and u wont have to worry about it!

*is confused*

dumb.
