Iran's Nuclear Program: A Risk to the U.S.?

I find it funny how the U.S. is trying to stop every other country's nuclear program other than ours. Why? Because they'll just use them for bad. Is that Bush's logic? Every country other than us will just use nuclear research to make bombs and kill people. I think that if Iran wants to pursue a peaceful nuclear program, they have every right to. In fact, any country does. But every country is a risk to us. If we continue like this, soon we'll have no allies and we'll be completely alienated and considered an outcast by the rest of the countries. "Oh, the U.S. is complaining about Iran again. Why don't they just shut up and allow them to go about their business?" is something you might here in a future U.N. meeting. If it does pan out that Iran is going to be using the technology for weapons, then prepare to have your tax money used on another pointless war.
