Yesterday, me and my sister were talking about places and the things that were going on around the world. I was shocked to hear when my sister told me about monks actually attacking Chinese soldiers and policemen. These monks, which are from Tibet, are angry at the Chinese officials for using their land for resource. These monks are fed up and are now going against of what they believe in order to stop the chinese officials from holding their land for resources. The monks from Tibet have been burning down businesses and causing violence in order to prove their point of how fed up they are with the officials.
I personally believe that China should let go of it's grip on Tibet and stop using them as resources. China should stop now and leave the monks alone. The monks from Tibet didn't do anything to be used in such a way. I am hoping that in the near future Tibet will eventually not be used for resources and will stop these hostile attacks on China. Tibet and China talking things out and fixing their problems could be one step closer to world peace.

I agree with you a 100%. The figures of "violence" that the monks have supposedly performed are inflated by many officials to justify their tightening laws and supervision of monestaries.
I agree, China needs to back off, but the same can be said for all the world's powers.
