Ths Supreme Court is reviewing a case on allowing a certain abortion procedure because the deffendents feel that if it risks the mother's health then they can do it. This procedure is called a partial birth abortion. Sometimes, if abortion is not allowed, serious health complications occur in some pregnant women. This is a greusome procedure because they perform the abortion as the baby is very well developed. It happens in the second trimester of pregnancy. I think that this is wrong, because it is clear that the baby is alive and that is definatelly killing. This should not be allowed. Life is important and it can't be toyed around with. The babies deserve to live.

While I am pro-choice, I do think that there do have to be some restrictions on the time limits, like keeping it in the first trimester.
I agree completely that life is important. Killing these babies through abortion is exactly the same as murder. The thing is, it is the parent's choice to have sex in the first place, and with condoms and birth control pills it is very difficult to have "accidents" any more.
A baby, no matter what age it is, is a life. If you don't want to have a child, then DON'T DO IT!!! It is wrong to "throw out a baby" like it have no purpose.
