Dude!!!!

I was right in the middle of writing like, a really deep blog that would just like, hit ya right at the heart and i spent like, maybe an hour or so on it and then i don't know what happened but it dissapeared and i'm so mad cause i don't think i could think of that much cool stuff to say all over again. AHHH!!!! computors really frusterate me sometimes and i don't i even spelled 'frusterate' right.
ok, thats all i got to say for the moment. oh wait, they say i have to have like, 200 words. this is so not my day.

if anyone has any ideas on how i can retrieve the blog i spent all that time writing, i would love to know what to do.

I'm also having trouble on my myspace trying to figure out how to decorate my background. its like, super lame right now and so if there's like, any amazingly talented myspace-profile-decorators out there, i would love some advice. actually i bet that would make a good buisness for someone cause i bet there's a lot of people that would want help because i've seen a lot of really lame profiles like my'n that i'm sure would want advice. ok, maybe thats 200 words.

My Space, I can't help you with...
On ProU, I'd advise either writing blogs in a word processor or using Firefox, which will stop you from losing your blog if you accidentally hit back. Both is probably the best way to go.
And, as for 200 words. Once the contest starts, if you just throw in some filler, that won't count toward 200 words. What you can do is use the forums, which doesn't have a word limit. They don't give you points, but they do let you get ideas out there.

My suggestion would be much what Jsaj said. Write first in a word processor so you don't lose it should anything happen. If all else fails, you can try the FireFox browser. I don't know how it works or why it works that way, but when I accidentally hit the back button in the midst of a post, I don't lose it. It also restores my sessions if it crashes. Sometimes the restore takes me back to what I had, sometimes it doesn't... but i've never had a problem getting it back after hitting the back button unintentionally.

As for MySpace... have you tied something like Skem9? http://skem9.com/layouts/index.php
