R Kelly has pleaded not guilty to 14 counts of child pornogropy but may be proven wrong when the courts are viewing his sex tape with an underage girl. The judge is going to allow the viewing of the tape for the jury. Why not right? I would allow it. If there was no tape, than there wouldn't even be a case right? Prosecuters stated that when the tape was made, the girl that r.kelly was having sex with could have been as young as 13!!! The girl in the tape, who is now 21 yrs old, is not being used as a witness in case unless she is strongly needed.

i heard they ar enot sure if he will be goignto jail
yea..i heard that it's not a 100% but i mean if he pleaded not guilty and they show the sex tape...he has no case. But like people with money usually do, he might be able to get out of it.

He'll be 'found guilty'. Wow, that's just messed up! but, you would image we aren't hearing something because if their is a tape why would he have pled not guilty? And do you know who is charging him, if it isn't the government, i bet they settle outside the court room.
