College is seriously the best thing for everyone, and I never thought that I would be able to go.Mainly because I don't have parents to help me with my life, and future, so I had to figure everything out on my own. It was a hard decision to make on what I wanted to become and what I wanted to do in life but when I finally figured it out, I knew that it was going to be the best thing to ever do in my life. This is where you start, to succeed, and live, and grow up, and it all just hits you so fast. I mean, it seems like I was just in middleschool but now i'm going to college and it's just like damn where did all that time go? And now I have to really think, get my act together, and try my hardest to accomplish all of my goals, because I am the only one to do it, I am the only one to do it for myself. Just how you are the only one to do it for you. Nobody else can make your choices, and nobody else can modivate you enough to do it, and I learned ALOT about life. So for everyone who is going to college, and just starting life, really think hard about it, really think hard about your life and what YOU want to accomplish, because when you look back on your life in 50 years you will really be glad of all the choices you have made, going to college, and with your life. Congrats!
It's so refreshing to hear about someone who is really behind the wheel of her own life. This is the time to do it, as we finish up our last years in high school. It's scary and empowering at the same time.
I hope that we have the best four years of our lives ever, coming up very soon! I too have had to overcome a lot to get where I am today. So here's to few regrets and being exactly the people that we want to be! :)
